Designing a Strong Corporate Culture

Learn to design a robust culture by identifying core values, beliefs, behaviors, and norms. Create actionable plans to align culture with organizational goals. 

Part 4

Embedding and Sustaining Culture Change

Focus on embedding new cultural norms through effective communication and employee participation. Practice scenarios to sustain culture change.
